Exhibition Preparation Checklist:
5 Things to Do Before You Book A Stand
Quick Answer: Before exhibiting, you should (1)define a clear goal, (2)brief your team on key messages, (3)confirm your stand design at least 8 weeks out, (4)prepare giveaways and marketing materials early, and (5) set up a system to capture visitor details on the day. Stands that follow this checklist consistently convert more visitors into leads than stands that don’t.
Exhibitions are expensive and time consuming. The stands that get results aren’t the ones with the biggest budget – they’re the ones with a clear plan behind them. Below is a breakdown of each step, why it matters, and how to execute it.
